This staff development workshop focuses on helping teachers to incorporate soft skills and team building exercises in their classrooms. This workshop will cover lesson plans, from a variety of subject areas, designed to help students understand the importance of communication skills and team building strategies in the workplace. The classroom-tested exercises demonstrated during this workshop will provide students with opportunities to practice speaking in front of groups and working in teams, thereby, preparing them to participate more actively in workplace settings.
